The Patel Motel Story
I am both proud and humbled to share the upcoming film The Patel Motel Story, which uncovers how South Asian immigrants—led by one undocumented man’s journey from Gujarat—built a hotel empire that transformed American hospitality through resilience, identity, and belonging.
The film has been featured at several prestigious festivals, including the Tribeca Film Festival.
I’m also thrilled to announce that select images from Our Motel Stories will be featured in connection with the film.
